Trial / Returns

  • Accessories are non-returnable products.
  • No trial policy is applicable to accessories, which include:
    • Pouffes and Benches
    • All Comforters & Blankets
    • Mattress Protectors
    • Mattress Toppers
    • Pillow
    • Sofabed
    • Furniture (wooden Item)
  • replacement will only be accepted if there is damage or defect during delivery. Please retain the original box in case of replacement.
  • If you receive a damaged product, inform our customer support team within 3 days of delivery by calling +91 7208699504 or emailing info@mydreampod.com.

To initiate a replacement, please provide:

  • A brief description of the alleged defect.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
  • A photo documenting the alleged defect.

If there are any cancellations or size changes after dispatch, a logistics fee will apply depending on the product and situation.

Warranty

All Dreampod accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, caused by defective material or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover

  • Accessories that are used, resold, gifted, or not in possession of the original purchaser.
  • Products purchased from a non-authorized Dreampod distributor.

Care Instructions

Memory Foam Pillow

    • Machine wash the cover on a warm cycle.
    • Do NOT wash the foam.
    • Avoid bending the pillow or corners to prevent foam damage.
    • Always protect from water and liquids.

Protector

  • Hand or machine wash with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Use low heat and tumble dry.
  • Do NOT iron, bleach, or dry clean.

All Comforters Machine wash separately with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle.

  • Use low heat and tumble dry.
  • Dry clean allowed. Do not iron.
  • Can be used with a cover—includes loops to keep comforter in place inside the cover.
